This Agreement is entered into by and between you (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "your") and HFM-Markets. By accessing, using, or clicking "I agree" on any services provided by HFM-Markets or its websites (including but not limited to those described in Clause 4 below), or on any websites of its affiliated entities (collectively referred to as "the Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions set forth in this Terms of Use Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Use"), as well as our Privacy Notice, as posted. Additionally, when using certain features of the Services, you may be subject to additional terms and conditions applicable to those features. Please read these terms carefully.

This Terms of Use contains important provisions, including an arbitration clause that requires all claims to be resolved through binding arbitration, which is outlined in Clause 14 "Dispute Resolution: Arbitration Venue, Arbitration, Class Action Waiver, Governing Law." As with any asset, the value of digital currencies may fluctuate, and there is significant risk that you could incur financial losses when buying, selling, holding, or investing in digital currencies. By using the Services, you confirm and agree that:

(1) You understand the risks associated with digital currency transactions;

(2) You assume all risks related to using the Services and conducting digital currency transactions;

(3) HFM assumes no responsibility for such risks or adverse outcomes. Your access to and use of the Services, in any capacity, indicates your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by this Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the product.

1. Terms of the Agreement  
HFM-Markets reserves the right to modify or change this Terms of Use at any time, at its sole discretion. HFM-Markets will notify users of any modifications by updating the revised terms on the website () and indicating the [last revised date] on the page. Any and all modifications or changes to this Terms of Use will take effect immediately upon being posted on the website or sent to users. Therefore, your continued use of the HFM-Markets services indicates your acceptance of the modified agreement and rules. If you do not agree with any modifications to this Terms of Use, please stop using the Services immediately. HFM-Markets encourages you to frequently review this Terms of Use to ensure that you understand the terms and conditions applicable to your access to and use of the product.

2. Eligibility  
By registering for an HFM-Markets account (as defined in Clause 5 below), you represent and warrant that you:

(a) are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority for entering into binding contracts under applicable laws;

(b) are a person, entity, or organization with full legal capacity and authority to enter into this Terms of Use;

(c) have not previously been suspended or disqualified from using the Services;

(d) currently do not have an existing HFM-Markets account. If you are an employee or agent acting on behalf of a legal entity and entering into this Terms of Use, you represent and warrant that you have all the necessary rights and authority to bind that legal entity.

3. Prohibited Uses  
By accessing and using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are not listed on any trade or economic sanctions lists (such as the United Nations Security Council sanctions list). HFM-Markets reserves the right to select markets and jurisdictions in which it operates and may restrict or refuse the provision of the Services in certain countries at its discretion.

4. Description of Services  
HFM-Markets provides an online digital asset trading platform (crypto-to-crypto) for products commonly known as crypto tokens, digital tokens, or cryptocurrencies (collectively referred to as "digital currencies"). HFM-Markets does not offer fiat currency trading as part of its Services. City of Dreams acts solely as a trading platform provider and is not a buyer or seller in the transactions between parties. HFM-Markets is not a market maker. As further detailed in Clause 5 below, users must register and open an account with HFM-Markets and deposit digital assets before they can commence trading. Traders may request withdrawals of digital assets, subject to the limitations set forth in this Terms of Use. While HFM-Markets strives to maintain the accuracy of the information posted on the Services, HFM-Markets cannot and does not guarantee the accuracy, applicability, reliability, completeness, performance, or fitness of the content provided through the Services and is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred from your use of such content. Information related to the Services may change without notice, and its primary purpose is to help users make independent decisions. HFM-Markets does not provide investment or advisory advice and is not responsible for the use or interpretation of information on the Services or other communication channels. All users of the Services must be aware of the risks involved in digital currency trading. HFM-Markets encourages all users to exercise caution and trade responsibly within their means.

5. HFM-Markets Account Registration and Requirements  
a. Registration  
All users of the Services (hereinafter referred to as "Users") must apply to register for an HFM-Markets account at () before using the Services. During registration, you must provide your real name, email address, and password and accept the Terms of Use, Privacy Notice, and Consent Form. HFM-Markets reserves the right to refuse to open an account for you at its sole discretion. You agree to provide complete and accurate information when opening an account and agree to update any information provided to HFM-Markets to maintain the completeness and accuracy of such information. Each registration is for one User only, and each User (including any user affiliated with a corporate or legal entity) may only open one active City of Dreams account.

b. User Identity Verification  
By registering for an account with HFM-Markets, you agree to provide personal information requested for identity verification purposes. This information is collected specifically to detect signs of money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and other financial crimes on the HFM-Markets platform. We will collect, use, and share this information in accordance with our published Privacy Notice. In addition to providing this information, and in compliance with global industry standards for data retention, you agree to allow us to keep records of such information for the duration of your account and for five years after your account is closed. You also authorize us to conduct investigations, either directly or through third parties, to verify your identity or protect you and/or us from financial crimes such as fraud. The identity verification information we request may include, but is not limited to, your: name, email address, contact information, phone number, username, government-issued ID, birthdate, and other information collected during account registration. By providing these required details, you confirm that the information is accurate and truthful. After registration, you must ensure the information is accurate and complete and update it promptly in case of any changes. If we have any reason to suspect that any information provided by you is incorrect, untruthful, outdated, or incomplete, HFM-Markets has the right to send you a notice requesting correction, delete the relevant information directly, and, depending on the circumstances, terminate all or part of the Services provided to you. If you cannot be reached through the contact information provided, you will bear full responsibility for any losses or expenses incurred during the use of the Services. You hereby acknowledge and agree that you are obligated to update all information as necessary. By registering for an account, you hereby authorize City of Dreams, directly or through a third party, to conduct any investigations that HFM-Markets deems necessary to verify your identity or to protect you and/or HFM-Markets from fraud or other financial crimes, and to take any actions deemed necessary based on the results of such investigations. You also acknowledge and agree that your personal information may be disclosed to credit agencies and fraud prevention or financial crime prevention departments, which may fully respond to our inquiries.

c. Account Usage Requirements  
Accounts may only be used by the person whose name they are registered under. HFM-Markets reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel the use of accounts by persons other than the account registrant. If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized use of your username and password, you should notify HFM-Markets immediately. HFM-Markets is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from the use of your account by any third party (authorized or unauthorized), including but not limited to information disclosure, information posting, or the submission of various agreements and rules.

d. Account Security  
HFM-Markets is committed to maintaining the security of user-deposited funds and has implemented industry-standard protections for the Services. However, individual users bear the responsibility for the security of their accounts. You agree to treat your login credentials (such as your username and password) as confidential information and not disclose such information to any third party. You also agree to take sole responsibility for ensuring the security of your account and personal information. You are solely responsible for keeping your HFM-Markets account and password secure and for all transactions conducted under your account. HFM-Markets is not liable for any losses or consequences arising from the authorized or unauthorized use of your login credentials, including but not limited to information disclosure, the submission of various agreements, or online renewal agreements. By creating an account, you hereby agree to:

(1) Notify HFM-Markets immediately if you are aware of any unauthorized use of your HFM-Markets account and password or any other violation of security rules;

(2) Strictly follow the security, authentication, transaction, fee, withdrawal, or other mechanisms or procedures of the website/Services;

(3) Log out from the website and take appropriate steps to ensure your account is secure at the end of each session.

6. Guidelines for Service Use  
a. License  
Subject to your continued compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Terms of Use, HFM-Mark

ets grants you a revocable, limited, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services through your computer or Internet-compatible devices for your personal/internal purposes.

1. Service Fees

By using the HFM-Markets services, you agree to pay all fees applicable to your use of the Services. HFM-Markets reserves the right to adjust fee structures periodically, and such adjustments will be communicated through updates on the website or via direct communication with users. You are responsible for understanding the current fees before engaging in any transaction or activity on the platform. Failure to check updated fees does not exempt you from any obligations to pay fees incurred. HFM-Markets will deduct any fees directly from your account balance, where applicable.

1. Suspension, Termination, and Account Closure

a. Suspension of Services
HFM-Markets reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or restrict access to your account or the Services in the following circumstances:

• If there are reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated any terms in this Agreement;
• If you are involved in suspicious or illegal activities, such as fraud, money laundering, or financing terrorism;
• If requested by law enforcement, a government authority, or a regulatory body;
• If you fail to provide accurate or updated identification or KYC (Know Your Customer) information;
• In the event of unforeseen technical issues or necessary security actions.

b. Termination of Account
You agree that HFM-Markets may terminate your account and deny your access to the Services in the following cases:

• You have breached any part of this Agreement;
• HFM-Markets reasonably suspects you are involved in illicit activities;
• Your actions harm or attempt to harm the normal operation of the Services.

If your account is terminated, HFM-Markets may retain any residual balance in the account after all liabilities are settled.

c. Account Closure by User
You may choose to terminate your account at any time. To do so, you must first withdraw all balances and cease all activities involving the Services. HFM-Markets reserves the right to charge fees for account closure if applicable.

1. Limitation of Liability

a. General Limitations
HFM-Markets will not be liable for any damages or losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, business opportunities, reputation, or data, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Services;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transactions or data;
• Any acts or omissions of third parties, including any information or advice provided by third parties via the platform.

b. Service Interruptions
HFM-Markets makes every effort to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the Services. However, HFM-Markets does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. You agree that your use of the Services is at your own risk and acknowledge that there may be interruptions due to system maintenance, upgrades, or network failures. HFM-Markets will not be responsible for any losses incurred during such interruptions.

1. Risk Disclosure

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The trading of digital currencies involves significant risks, including the risk of loss;
• The prices of digital currencies can fluctuate significantly, and HFM-Markets cannot guarantee profits;
• HFM-Markets does not provide any financial, investment, or legal advice;
• You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence and understanding the risks associated with digital currency trading before using the Services.

1. Force Majeure

HFM-Markets is not liable for any delay or failure to perform any part of this Agreement due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, war, technical failures, and cybersecurity attacks. Such events constitute a force majeure and release HFM-Markets from its obligations for the duration of the event.

1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HFM-Markets and its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your:

• Use or misuse of the Services;
• Violation of this Terms of Use;
• Breach of any law, regulation, or third-party rights.

1. Privacy and Data Protection

HFM-Markets takes privacy and data protection seriously and adheres to applicable data protection regulations. Please refer to the Privacy Notice for details on how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Notice.

1. Dispute Resolution: Arbitration, Class Action Waiver, Governing Law

a. Arbitration
In the event of a dispute between you and HFM-Markets, both parties agree to first seek resolution through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration. Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the applicable rules of an arbitration institution chosen by HFM-Markets. The arbitration decision will be final and binding.

b. Class Action Waiver
You agree to waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration against HFM-Markets.

c. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HFM-Markets is headquartered.

1. Miscellaneous

a. Severability
If any provision of this Terms of Use is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

b. Entire Agreement
This Terms of Use, along with any other agreements referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and HFM-Markets.

c. No Waiver
The failure of HFM-Markets to enforce any provision of this Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any right or provision.
